T&C’S

Cancellation Policy

We know plans change. To keep things fair for our members and instructors, and to give others the opportunity to book into available spaces, the following cancellation policy applies to all Mouv classes.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the class start time without penalty.

All cancellations and rescheduling must be completed through the Mouv booking portal. We are unable to accept cancellations or rescheduling requests via Instagram, Facebook, other social media, or direct messages.

If you cancel within 12 hours of your class, this will be considered a late cancellation.

  • Class packs / casual bookings: The class will be forfeited and the credit will not be returned.

  • Memberships: The class will be treated as used and will count towards your membership allowance where applicable.

  • Unlimited memberships: The booked class will be recorded as a late cancellation.

NO-SHOWS

If you don’t attend a booked class and haven’t cancelled through the booking portal beforehand, this will be considered a no-show.

For class packs and casual bookings, the class will be forfeited. For memberships, the class will be treated as used and will count towards your membership allowance where applicable.

RUNNING LATE

Please arrive a few minutes before your class begins. If you’re running late, please let us know where possible.

For safety and to minimise disruption to the class, we may not be able to allow entry once the class is underway.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. Please get in touch with us directly if something outside of your control prevents you from attending, and we’ll consider these situations individually.

CANCELLATIONS BY MOUV

On the rare occasion that Mouv needs to cancel a class, your class credit will be returned to your account or your booking rescheduled.

Thank you for cancelling as early as you can. With only a small number of reformers in each class, every space matters and early cancellations give another member the chance to Mouv with us.

Membership Terms and Conditions

Our memberships are designed to support consistency and help you get the most out of your time at Mouv. Please read the following terms before purchasing a membership.

MINIMUM TERM

All Mouv memberships have a minimum commitment of 12 weeks from the membership start date.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to remain on the membership and continue payments for the full 12-week minimum term.

After the initial 12 weeks, your membership will continue on an ongoing basis until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms below.

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS

Membership fees are charged automatically using the payment method linked to your account.

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are current and that sufficient funds are available for scheduled payments.

If a payment is unsuccessful, Mouv may temporarily pause your ability to book classes until the outstanding payment has been resolved.

CLASS BOOKINGS

All classes are subject to availability and must be booked through the Mouv booking portal.

Holding a membership does not guarantee a place in a particular class, so we recommend booking ahead where possible.

Memberships are for the individual named on the account and cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Our standard 12-hour cancellation policy applies to all membership bookings.

Cancellations and rescheduling must be completed through the Mouv booking portal. Requests sent through Instagram, Facebook, other social media or direct messages will not be accepted as a cancellation.

Late cancellations and no-shows will be treated in accordance with the Mouv Cancellation Policy.

PAUSING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

We understand that there may be times when you need to temporarily pause your membership.

Membership pauses may be available for travel, injury, illness or other reasonable circumstances and must be requested in advance wherever possible.

Any approved pause during the initial 12-week minimum term will extend the minimum membership period by the length of the pause.

Membership pauses are subject to approval by Mouv.

CANCELLING DURING THE MINIMUM TERM

Memberships cannot normally be cancelled during the initial 12-week minimum commitment.

If exceptional circumstances mean you are unable to continue your membership, please contact Mouv directly. Requests for early cancellation will be considered individually and may require reasonable supporting information.

CANCELLING AFTER 12 WEEKS

Once your initial 12-week commitment has been completed, you may cancel your membership by providing Mouv with 14 days’ notice.

Any scheduled membership payments falling within the notice period will continue to be charged, and you may continue using your membership during this time.

MEMBERSHIP CHANGES

Mouv may occasionally need to make reasonable changes to class timetables, instructors, membership offerings or studio operations.

Where a significant change affects your membership, we will communicate this with you as early as reasonably possible.

FAIR USE

We want our classes to remain accessible to everyone in the Mouv community. Members are expected to book classes they genuinely intend to attend and cancel as early as possible when plans change.

Repeated no-shows, excessive late cancellations or misuse of the booking system may result in Mouv contacting you regarding your membership.

BY PURCHASING A MEMBERSHIP

By purchasing a Mouv membership, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Membership Policy, including the 12-week minimum commitment, payment terms and Mouv Cancellation Policy.
