Mouv is a community-first pilates studio focused on real movement, proper form and sustainable strength - warm, confident, and refreshingly unperformative.

OUR APPROACH

Each class offers a different pace—but all are built to meet you where you are, and move you forward with intention.

  • Strength + Tone

    Build strength while improving flexibility and control. This class combines targeted resistance work on the reformer with mobility exercises to help you move better, feel stronger, and support your body for everyday life.

  • Gentle Movers

    A slower-paced class designed for those who prefer a more supportive approach to movement. Gentle Movers focuses on stability, mobility and controlled strengthening, making it ideal for beginners, those returning from injury, or anyone wanting a calmer session.

  • Pre/Post Natal

    Designed specifically for pregnancy and early post-birth recovery, this class focuses on safe, supportive movement. We work on core connection, pelvic floor strength, posture, and gentle full-body movement to help you feel strong and supported through every stage.
