Mouv is built around small class and a thoughtful hands-on approach. With only eight reformers, our instructors can give each client the attention they deserve - helping you move better, with correct form, control and confidence.
We focus on proper movement, no trends, creating a welcoming space where you’ll recognise faces, feel supported and progress at your own pace.

Yes, as a mother myself - I know the juggle with little ones is tricky. Your babies are more than welcome in our pre and postnatal classes. These sessions are designed to support mums returning to movement in a relaxed and understanding environment. Please note that the studio is located upstairs from reception, so prams may be difficult to bring up.
-
Please arrive a few minutes before your class time and wait at reception. Your instructor will meet you there, check you in and bring you up to the studio before class starts. If you’re running late, please come upstairs, join in and your trainer will sign you in.
