At Mouv, classes aren’t about keeping up or getting it perfect. They’re about MOVING WELL - with guidance, correction, and support that meets you where you’re at.

We keep classes small so instructors can actually see you move, help with form, and adjust things for injuries or experience levels. Whether you’re brand new or have years of Pilates behind you, you’ll never be left guessing.

Gentle Movers

Low intensity 45 minute class for those recovering from injury or simply wanting controlled movement. High-touch support, tailored classes & open to all

Strength + Tone

50 minute class tailored for progressions, endurance and building strength. Expect controlled, progressive movements designed to challenge your strength while improving mobility and stability throughout the body.

Pre / Post Natal

50 minute class for mums or mums-to-be. Connect with other local mums, make time for yourself + slowly get back to you - cute babies welcome.
